Use the drop down menus below to select the Grid Size and Type. Next, select the Beam Voltage and Current conditions.
The Accelerator Voltage setting will control the beam focusing. Lastly, enter the downstream position by adjusting the Downstream Position Z. Select the Calculate the Beam Profile button to produce a beam profile estimate.
