Description
This kit includes feedthroughs necessary to interface a 12 cm RF ion beam source to a Leybold type system as an internal mount. The interface kit includes one feedthrough (1″ o-ring) for gas/electric, two RF feedthroughs (1″ o-ring), and one water feedthrough (1″ o-ring). All leads are 18″ in length. Also included are high voltage covers. Source and matching network sold separately.
