6 cm Grid Assembly, 3 Grid Moly, 25 cm FP Convergent with Mount Hardware (D. chamber not included)
This 6 cm grid assembly consists of 3 grids that are shaped with a focal point (FP) of 25 cm. The grid shape will produce a convergent beam ideal for sputtering. The grid material is molybdenum. The assembly includes mounting hardware and discharge chamber. It works with our 6cm and legacy style ion beam sources.
