Description
This 6 cm x 22 cm grid assembly consists of 3 grids that are shaped with 25 cm focal point along the 6 cm axis. The shape will produce a convergent beam ideal for etching applications. The grid material is molybdenum. This assembly also includes mounting hardware for our style 6 cm x 22 cm RF ion beam source. This mounting hardware is for our RF source only.
