Description

This package consists of a set of 6×30 cm linear grids with mounting hardware. The 6×30 cm grid assembly consists of 2 pyrolytic graphite grids that are fabricated to be collimated – ideal for etching or sputtering. The grid mounting hardware includes the mounting plate, retainer plate and associated hardware for an Ion Tech style source.
