This package includes a 16 cm grid assembly with mount hardware. The grids are formed to have 3 focal points (FP) ideal for sputtering applications. The 16 cm grid assembly part number is 504296J. The mounting hardware includes: retainer plate, mount plate with cover, mount plate, discharge chamber retainer ring and all fastening hardware. Discharge chamber is sold separately.
