This power supply integrates all RF, DC, and RFN power and control into a single 19-inch rack mount unit. This power supply is designed to operate an RF ion beam source with an RFN. This unit has a beam output of 600 mA and 1500 V. Also included is an interface box to connect with legacy equipment. This power supply is CE certified and RoHS compliant.
