Description
This 23cm interface kit for internal mounted source includes feedthroughs necessary to interface a 23 cm RF ion beam source to a system as an internal mount. The interface kit consists of 2.75″ CF style flanges (QTY 2 – gas/electric, and RF). Also includes high voltage covers and standoffs. Source and matching network are sold separately.
