6×22 cm Moly 3 Grid Convergent Assembly with PPG M Linear Mount Hardware

This 6 cm x 22 cm grid assembly consists of 3 grids that are shaped with 25 cm focal point along the 6 cm axis. The shape will produce a convergent beam ideal for sputtering applications. The grid material is molybdenum. This assembly also includes mounting hardware for a 6 cm x 30 cm RF ion beam source.
