A pyrolytic graphite 2 grid set for linear ion beam source with the grid mount assembly included. Pattern is 6 cm x 30 cm collimated – ideal for etching. Spacing is 0.031″. Includes grid mount plate cover, grid mount plate, grid retainer plate for Ion Tech style source.
