Ion Beam Sputtering Video Series

We are proud to announce new educational videos located in our Learning Center.  These videos cover the essentials for keeping your ion beam source running smoothly.  If you are new to industry, start with Lesson 1.  If you are a seasoned vet, we provide additional tips and checklists to add to your existing toolbox of tricks.

There are several topics related to ion beam sources that some of you may or may not be aware of or think about. Like how a grid set works to generate a beam. Or how an RF antenna can generate plasma. Well, we have a great new video series that will change all that. Here is our first official release. Click here for Lesson 1.

Tutorials, Training and Tips!

Our new video series covers the basics as well as advanced subjects. Here are just a few of the topics that we will share in this short and easy to follow video series.

  • Vacuum Environment
  • Basics in chamber pressure
  • Grid materials
  • Ion charge exchange
  • Ion beam neutralization and many more.

It was important to keep each video short so that critical information is relayed efficiently.

Share our Videos!

If you like the videos, please share them with others.  We are not expecting these videos to be as entertaining as cat videos (or go viral) but hopefully they help you gain a better understanding of how ion beam sources work!

More videos will be coming soon!

We will share each release through our newsletter email contact list with a link to our website for each release. Please stay tuned for this exciting new video series. We look forward to sharing each video with you.
