Description
A matching network for a 16 cm RF high current ion beam source that is attached to an extension mounted flange. The matching network uses two variable capacitors that are adjusted automatically using the controller (P/N 504553A). The matching network and controller are used in conjunction with our IBEAM power supply for RF power delivery to the source.
