Description
This package includes a 12 cm grid assembly with mount hardware. The grids are 12 cm assembly with 3 grids that are shaped with a divergent 46 cm focal point (FP). The beam shape is ideal for etching applications. The grid material is molybdenum. The mounting hardware includes: retainer plate, mount plate with cover, mount plate, discharge chamber retainer ring and all fastening hardware. Will work for legacy ion beam sources too. Discharge chamber is sold separately.
